Home Energy Audit

The Home Energy Report will give the home buyer a quick understanding of:

• what can be done to save energy and increase comfort after you move in.

Pest Inspection

Inspect for all wood-destroying insects, with six month termite treatment guarantee.  Our Pest inspections are performed by Lamb Exterminating.   

Pool Inspection

Inspection of Pump and filtration sysems, water lines and valves.   

Spa /Jacuzzi

Septic System

Location and Inspection of Resivour tank.   Dye pack test from house to tank.  Distribution drain field can only be inspected during installation process. Note: Septic inspections may be responsibility of seller. We do not drain tanks - Additional Pumping may run an additional $200 or more.

Single Component Inspection

There are times when you may just want us to look at the Electrical system only... or maybe the Roof only.  Single component inspections are for just one area of a standard residential inspection.  You may have a need to inspect just one system (perhaps Electrical), and we can juust do one area at a time.  The components include your choice of the following areas:  ROOF, FOUNDATION, ELECTRICAL System, PLUMBING System (interior), HEATING System, and AIR CONDITIONING System.
